First Steps. First Friends.
First Big Ideas.
At Early Milestones Children’s Center, we believe the earliest years of a child’s life create the foundation for a lifetime of learning.
Our nurturing learning environment is designed for children from 6 months through 5 years of age, providing developmentally appropriate experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, independence, friendship, and a love of learning.
Every child is welcomed, valued, and supported as they grow at their own pace. Through caring relationships, purposeful play, hands-on exploration, and consistent daily routines, our teachers help children reach important milestones while feeling safe, secure, and loved.

The Preschool Room - Preparing Little Learners for Their Next Big Step
Our Preschool Program provides a warm, engaging environment where children can build the skills they need for kindergarten and beyond. Learning takes place through purposeful play, teacher-guided activities, hands-on exploration, conversations, music, art, movement, stories, and daily opportunities to make choices and solve problems.
Milestones we work on in this room
Literacy & Language
Children develop early communication and literacy skills through stories, conversations, songs, rhymes, vocabulary-building activities, books, drawing, and early writing experiences.
Early Math & Discovery
Children explore counting, numbers, patterns, sorting, shapes, measurement, cause and effect, nature, science, and problem-solving through hands-on experiences.
Social-Emotional Development
Teachers help children learn how to express feelings, communicate needs, develop friendships, cooperate with others, solve conflicts, and become increasingly independent.
Creative & Physical Development
Art, music, dramatic play, movement, outdoor activities, and fine-motor experiences give children opportunities to strengthen their bodies, imagination, coordination, and creativity.
School Readiness
Our goal is to help children enter their next educational experience feeling confident, curious, capable, and excited to learn.
Why families choose us
The four things parents ask about on every tour

Will My Child Have Consistent Teachers?
Children thrive when they feel safe and connected to the adults caring for them. We work to provide consistent classroom routines and caring teachers who take the time to learn each child’s personality, interests, strengths, and individual needs.

How Large Are the Groups?
Our classrooms are organized according to children’s ages and developmental stages. Thoughtfully organized groups give teachers more opportunities to interact with children, observe their development, and provide individualized attention throughout the day.

What Will My Child Learn?
Children learn through play, exploration, relationships, routines, and intentional teaching. Our teachers create age-appropriate experiences supporting social-emotional development, language and communication, early literacy, early mathematics, science and discovery, physical development, creative expression, and independence.

Will I Know How My Child Is Doing?
Absolutely. Families are an important part of a child’s educational team. We believe in ongoing communication between families and teachers about children’s experiences, development, classroom activities, accomplishments, concerns, and important center updates.
